I made this pie two years ago and it was phenomenal. This time around, it was good, but not quite as good. The rhubarb was a little more green and tart than last time. Also, I used grapefruit instead of orange zest and juice, because that's what I had around.
Pretty much all pies are good, but I'm partial those with a crust on the top and the bottom. When isn't more crust better?
Besides, lattice pies are the cutest.
