I work in an environment where I see and interact with many, many people every day. Once in a while, these people are so thoughtful and giving.
Last year, for Christmas, I received the most amazing hand-knit socks. They are most certainly my very favorite pair of socks ...maybe ever. I absolutely love wearing them and feel special each time I put them on.
Today, I received a handmade scarf from someone's mother, who doesn't even know me.
I once complimented a customer on her scarf, which her mother had made. Surprisingly, her mother, who lives in L.A., recently sent a package with a scarf "for the lady at the bank." How very sweet.
